Where we engage subcontractors to carry out part of the work you have asked us to do, we may share the details necessary for them to complete that work.

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Quotations that are not accepted: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Customer records where we have carried out work: for at least 6 years after the work is completed, to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations, and to support any warranty on the installation.
